Walk-in COVID-19 vaccination clinic

If you’re a little nervous about getting the COVID-19 vaccine, the UMHCC is here to help with a pop-up clinic staffed by people who understand.

From 2022, the clinic will be open twice a week. Please check back in January for confirmation of vaccination clinic operating dates.

FREE. We’ll even give you a gift to say thank you for getting vaccinated.

Not needed – simply turn up.

UMHCC Peer Support Workers – people with lived experience of mental health challenges – will work alongside trained health professionals to help you get the vaccine in a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment.

There is no need to make an appointment; simply turn up during the specified times and we’ll help you through the process.

Our friendly Peer Support Workers will ensure you feel comfortable at the clinic, providing you with all the information you need, talking you through the process before, and even sitting with you during your vaccine if you need them to.

The UMHCC is already set up to make you feel welcome with a loungeroom-style feel and morning tea on offer.

There is no charge for this service. In fact, we will give you a small gift or voucher to thank you for doing your part to help life get back to normal.

If you would like to talk to someone before coming along to the clinic, you can call us on 08 8448 9100.

We're here to help you though a crisis.
